August 19 2003, I left New York with my son and Jonathan and his parents to Pennsylvania.  My mother petitions the New York Court for custody of my son Eric on September 8, 2003.  We got served in Pennsylvania with court paper to show cause in New York City on September 19, 2003.  Robin and Jonathan told the court in New York that, Jonathan is in the process of joining the Navy so he could support our son and I .

Jonathan and I and our son Eric  only lived with Robin and Minerva until September 19, 2003, after that we moved to live with Robin Sister Yolanda in Lehigh County.

My mother said, that explains why the Children Service in Pennsylvania, could not find me and Eric at Robin and Minerva since September of 2003.   My mother said that Children Service in Pennsylvania had called her around December, 2003 inquiring if my mother have heard from me and my son, My mother replied that we were living with Robin and Minerva.  Children services told to her that, the only thing that was going into that household is my SSI check and welfare benefits.   Robin and Minerva told Children Services that, we didn't live there anymore and they didn't know where we were.  My mother told the Pennsylvania Children service, that I could be going to a clinic for prenatal care in Pennsylvania and they should be able track me down and get my address.
