I return home with my mother on September 21, 2006, and I told her that I was paying Child support, my mother look at me funny and said, what scam did Minerva create to have State of Pennsylvania collect child support from your SSI check?   My mother didn’t understand why my children are being supported by the state of Pennsylvania, after Robin and Minerva swore in courts before the judge in New York that their financial position was secure enough to support my children.  Minerva made clear that she own her business, caring of people. Thats what she stated in court.

What she should have told the courts of New York was that her business was that of “conning people and the system out of their money business.”   Robin and Minerva should be put in the hall of records for conning the state of New York and the state of Pennsylvania.  God only knows how many other states they’ve been conning.   

My mother often say’s, Good Grief, “What a bunch of money hungry trashy con-artists these people are,” and I have to agree with her!!!
  
You may recall my saying that Minerva was the payee of my SSI check, well once I return home to my parents house I received an SSI check in October of 2006, Minerva withdrew all of the money from my account before I could do anything and she to this day she has never return my October 2006 Check to Social Security or me.  I reported her and to my knowledge nothing has been done about it.  My mother said let Minerva keep it, maybe she will use the money to pay the child support payments. 

I guess Minerva never kept up the child support payments, It appears as if she continued to Con the state of Pennsylvania in collecting child support from me, because I received a letter in the mail claiming that the state of Pennsylvania is ready to have me arrested for non-payment of child support.  

Do you believe this? 

My mother read the letter, which came in April of 2008. My mother became so upset that she said, we are going to take a trip to Pennsylvania and get to the bottom of this mess once and for all, this Sh-t has got to stop!!!
