As I previously stated, I upon my returning to my parent’s home, I begged my parent to help me get my children back.

My mother went to the NYC court system and petition for modification of an order of custody to serve Robin and Minerva in Pennsylvania, only to learn that Robin and Minerva had petition the Pennsylvania court for custody of my boys.

We’ve learned that Pennsylvania has jurisdiction of my children and that the case had to be heard there instead of NYC.  My mother and I went to Pennsylvania with hopes of gaining favor from the courts, however all we heard was Robin in court claiming that I never lived with them in Pennsylvania and that he never rape me.  He also claims to have proof he never had his way with me. What Robin is trying to do is brainwash everyone in his circle to believe that I have reason to lie on him.  Let it be known that I find him to be repulsive, obese, and a bully who preys on the young and helpless.  He raised his children to be bully just like him.


Now getting back to the story at hand:

My mother and I were given another court date to stand before the judge in Pa., that’s when my mother made it clear to me that she had no further intentions to continue to fight with the Rivera family.  In her own words:  ”I am not going to fight with that trashy family anymore.”

They lied under oath in NYC to gain custody of the kids and to add insult to the case, my mother felt that after both witnessing and hearing the tape recorded conversation between Robin and I, while in the Pennsylvania police dept., after I was rescued.  She overheard along with the officers, at first hand Robin apologizing for what he had done to me. Robin should have been arrested!  My mother said.   It was very painful to learn that the recorded conversation could not provided enough grounds for action to be taken to arrest that son of a b-t-ch.
