Again in my mother own words:

These people are PROS, they know how manipulate the system and everyone around them.

If only the NYC Court Referee, had sent the records over to the Judge in Pennsylvania like she said she was going to, perhaps the Pennsylvania judge would have turn the kids over to me that day. It appears that the NYC Judicial system is overwhelm with cases and allowed my case to slip through its’ cracks, and its seem like NYC doesnt want to get involve in this case again.

My Mother frustration has leaded her to say to me, No more, I cant fight any more. We have done everything in our power to do what is right and the system continues to fail us. She said that she refuses to share custody with the Rivera family so let them have the children and that I should move on with my life.

When my parents withdrew their petition in NYC on August 24, 2005, My mother stated in court that she relinquish her petition on one condition and that was my children continue to received their therapy which she and my father had for them in NYC. , Robin and Minerva agreed, along with the children law guardian and the NYC court system ruled that two of my sons were to continue their Therapy once the children were in Pennsylvania. once Robin and Minerva cross the Pennsylvaina borden along with myself and my childrens, that never happen.

Because of certain childhood development challenges my sons faced, my parents while the children were under their care made sure that my boys had a therapist to come to the house and give therapy for their challenges 3 days out of the week, this never happen onces my children were turn over the Robin and Minerva in May of 2006 while living in Pennsylvania with Robin and Minerva, I ask that my children continue receive therapy for their hyper issues. I ask for someone to please help me find Counselor who will be able to explain to me why my child started to bang his head on the wall. The Therapist who examined my baby diagnosed him as bipolar, my child was on medication before I left, I prey that they are still giving him his medication.
