On April 7, 2006 I gave birth to a healthy 7 lb 7 oz baby boy. As soon as I had given birth to my baby, the entire Rivera family all told me that my mother should not find out about this baby, if she does she will take him away from me. They kept telling me this over and over again. They all were saying such terrible things about my mother. 

On April 24, 2006 after 2 weeks of his birth my newborn baby was dead.

The night before my baby was alive and the last person holding my baby was Minerva and Jessica, I was in the kitchen washing dishes. While I was doing the dishes, I heard the baby cry out and I asked Minerva was everything ok with the baby and she replied yes!

Minerva’s word were:

“I was just giving the baby his bottle and he fell out.”

Then Minerva called out to Jessica and told her to put the baby in the Crib. Jessica grabbed the baby and put the baby in his Basinet in my room. Once I completed my chores of cleaning up around the house. I went to my room, I covered my baby with his blanket and gave him a kiss and I laid down in my bed and went to sleep.

I woke up the next morning and I realized that the baby slept all night. So I got up and pickup the baby only to feel his skin so cold. I scream and started to cry that my baby was not moving. Robin and Minerva response to my screams was so insensible. They called the police and ambulance they rush my baby to the hospital, but it was already to late, my child had died during the night.

While at the hospital, we each were interviewed separately.

When I left Pennsylvania and came back to NYC with my mother Sept 21, 2006. I learned from my mother that she had spoken the detective who had been assigned to investigate the death of my son.

I learned that when Robin, Minerva and Jessica were interviewed they contradict what really happened. They stated that I slept with the baby in my bed and that I must have roll over him, They didn't tell the interveiwer who was the last person holding the baby.

Just for the record. Minerva and Robin raise Jonathan.
Jonathan Father is Robin. Jonathan real Mother reside in FL
Minerva is not Jonathan real mother.
My mother stated to me that NYC and Pennsylvania court Recognize them as Jonathan Parents and Paternal Grandparents. NYC and Pennsylvania Court knows that she is not Jonathan Real mother.

When my mother told me this, Minerva came into my mind. 

“Minerva killed my baby.”

She doesn't mean anything to my son. Minerva is not even Jonathan real Mother. Did she see herself taking care of the baby knowing that I was taking care of all my three boys and then I just finish having my fourth son. Minerva and Robin had the custody of my three sons and they never took care of them as stipulated in the court papers or as they made the courts believe that they would if awarded custody.

It was I who cared for my children, not the Rivera’s, it was me who cleaned the house, while they were busy heading back and forth to NYC or going on Vacation while I stayed home with my boys. As I stated before, the NYC court paper meant nothing to them. As long as they were making money using my sons they were content.

When my mother was in Pennsylvania she made the following statement to the detective. “ The Rivera family are trashy people, they have lured my daughter to PA in 2003 and married her off to their son and then went after a lawsuit, which had nothing to do with them and they got away with it.” And in 2005, they challenge me in NYC court so they could neglect my grandchildren in Pennsylvania and again they got away with it. And now I found out that Arlene gave birth to a healthy baby boy 5 months ago and he dies two weeks later. And now Robin is going to get away with raping my daughter.

My mother shouted out when is this going to stop?

“These people have gotten away with a lot of crimes and they continue to get away with it. Arlene told me she didn't sleep with the baby in her bed. She told me what she told you. So basically you are taking their word over my daughter’s.”

The detective also ask my mother if I knew if the baby had life insurance, My mother turns around and said. Why don't you ask Robin and Minerva? My mother also stated to the detective she came to pick me up and take me back home to NYC because my daughter could disappear and never be found alive if she stayed with the Rivera family because they will get away with her murder as well.
