2003 Tax

My mother had a feeling the Rivera’s were going to claim both Eric and I on their 2003 income tax return.    She said back in February of 2004, she did a rapid refund for tax year 2003, to see if her feelings were correct, the tax preparer confirmed her suspicions. Someone claim my son onto their 2003 tax return.

The Tax Preparer explained to my mother that she and my father could not claim my son. My mother’s remark to the tax preparer was, that she and my father were going to claim their grandson. They were entitled to claim my son and I on their 2003 income tax return.

The Tax preparer instructed  my mother to mail in the return and then the IRS will send a notification to them  stating that their refund check maybe held up until September or October of 2004.   It was also explained, that because I got married in September 3, 2003, Jonathan had every right to claim both Eric and I on his tax return for the whole year of 2003.

But tax preparer  could not tell my mother who claim my son, they assumed because I was married that my husband would have claim our son. My mother told the tax preparer that Jonathan never held a job for more than 3 weeks during the year 2003, which would make it impossible for him to claim anyone on his tax return. Which leads one to believe that either Minerva or Robin or someone else claimed Eric. Who ever claimed my son Eric on their tax return was not entitled to do so for the year 2003.  If Jonathan claimed Eric on his tax return, then why on earth he didn't claim his wife, my mother said?

My mother said, that she wasn't going to allow the Rivera’s under handed dealings to hold back my father’s and her refund.   So, my mother wrote a letter to the Criminal Investigation in Washington DC, sending them documents which proves that she and my father had every right to claim my son on their income tax return for the year 2003.  Within 4 weeks of her sending that letter along with documents to Criminal Investigation in Washington DC, my parent received their tax refund in the mail.

My mother receive a letter from the IRS on December 1, 2004, for her records only stating that my son was claim for the Earned Income Credit and that my parents claim my son for the Dependency Exemption, and my parents were entitled to claim my son.

Again in my mother words; “what a bunch of money hungry trashy con-artist these people are!!!!”

2004 Tax

In 2004 my Parents claim my 2 sons as well, because they was entitled too.

2005 Tax

January 2006, Robin and Minerva were so upset, with the action my mother had taken.  Robin has come to realize that he should never cross my mother this time.   He wanted to claim my sons on someone else tax return for the 2005 tax year.   Both Minerva and Robin were so upset, they started to badmouth my mom.  They called her all kinds of names.   They often discuss how much money they would have had, but no thanks to Daisy messing up their plans.  They said that they could not make money from the IRS for the year 2005, they just kept on and on about my mother.

August 24, 2005, my mother withdrew her petition in court, she refused to share custody of the children with the Rivera’s she told that to her lawyer.  My mother said give them the kids, and lets see what they’re going to do with them.   “The Rivera’s claim to have money and since Minerva owns her own business my grandchildren should be able to continue their Therapy like it was stated in New York City Court.

My mother is not a stupid woman, she knew right from the start that Robin and Minerva are so full of it donkey dodo.

SSI and SSDI

Once I returned home to my parents, I learned that I was on SSDI under my father’s records. My mother also explain that when Robin became my payee on September 2, 2003, I was still receiving SSDI, but once I married his son Jonathan on September 3, 2003. My SSDI went into SSI.   And when I got divorce it went back to SSDI.
